  • During the hot summer, we all like to eat some cool and refreshing fruits, because they can not only eliminate summer heat and make you feel cool, but also contain a lot of nutrients.     First, melon

    Second, peach

However, eating too many peaches will produce excessive heat in the body. As a result, people who suffer from thirst or throat pain should not eat too many peaches.

    Third, litchi
    Fresh litchi contains a high content of sugar. If you eat too much litchi but eat little rice, it will easily cause hypoglycemia, which is commonly known as the "litchi disease", and then lead to symptoms such as dizziness, pale complexion, thirst, nausea, sweating, etc. This is because litchi contains a lot of fructose, which will significantly increase the amount of fructose in the blood.     Fourth, mango
    Mango is regarded as "the king of tropical fruits". However, it is not suitable for the people who suffer from deficiency of vital energy or insufficiency of the spleen. Otherwise, it may lead to vomiting, diarrhea and other allergic phenomenon. This is because mango juice contains some alien protein and protease, which are the cause of allergic phenomenon.

    Fifth, pineapple
    Pineapple is a kind of tropical fruit, which contains a high content of vitamin C. In addition, pineapple contain a special kind of pineapple proteinase, which can increase the permeability of gastric mucous membrane. Therefore, some people may suffer from abdominal pain, itching, nausea, headache, even shock after eating pineapple. In such a case, before eating pineapple, you can put it in salty water for about 20 minutes, so as to destroy pineapple proteinase and reduce the occurrence of allergic reaction.
