    Secondly, eating spicy food to lose weight will cause great harm to stomach.
    A lot of people believe that eating spicy food can help lose weight. However, in fact, spicy food is not as effective for weight loss as people imagine. On the contrary, eating too much spicy food may affect the function of gastrointestinal tract, increase the stimulation of gastric mucosa, which will easily lead to stomach bleeding. What's more, eating too much spicy food will make the skin become rough, and easy to affect by acne. It is absolutely not worth the candle!

    Last but not the least, eating much low-fat food will help you not easily get fat.
    In fact, people who rarely eat dairy products or high-fat food are much easier to get fat than those who take in an amount of fat appropriately. In the weight loss process, fat does not always act as a negative role. The fat taken into the body will not quickly change into fat and store in human body, and in a certain degree, the decomposition of fat can also inhibit the synthesis of fat in the body.

    We should try our best to avoid the above mentioned errors, and find correct way to help us lose weight. In fact, people should rely on exercises rather than diets to lose weight. Hope every one have a healthy and slim body.
