As a result, in summer, parents should supply enough water to their babies in the diets. General speaking, babies need to take in 1200 to 1500 ml of water every day in summer. Give your baby enough water can not only dispel summer heat, but also can relieve constipation. You should take cool boiled water as the main drinking water, supplemented by a variety of beverages, such as watermelon juice, green bean soup, lily soup, apple juice and so on. Do not drink too much fruit juice, with no more than 100 ml every day as the best.

    Thirdly, mothers have to pay attention to the cooking methods, avoiding oil and fatty food. The taste and color of the dish are the most important. You can make some cool, refreshing dishes such as vegetable mud, pulp and juice. You can also prepare some fresh and nutritious snacks, such as to make fruit salad by apple or mango, which do not only contain plenty of nutrients such as iron, calcium and magnesium, but also can improve the babies' appetite.
