However, experts caution that although it is beneficial to our health, there are four types of people who are not suitable to drink green bean soup.
Firstly, people who are physically cold and cool, such as cold extremities, weakness, lumbar and leg psychralgia, diarrhea and so on. If those people eat green beans, their symptoms will be much more serious, and even can lead to other diseases.
Secondly, the elderly, children, and persons of weak condition. Green bean contains much more protein than chicken. Only under the effect of the enzyme, the macromolecules will be transformed into macromolecules and amino acids, which then can be absorbed by the body. The digestive function of this kind of people is relatively very poor, so it is difficult for them to digest the protein in a short period. As a result, it is easy for them to suffer from indigestion, and then cause diarrhea.
Thirdly, those who are taking medicines. There is a traditional saying that "do not eat green bean when you are taking medicine." As green bean has a detoxifying effect, therefore, whether the drugs that the patients take are Chinese or Western medicine, if it contains organic phosphorus, calcium, potassium and other elements, these elements will combine with green bean to produce sediment, which will disintegrate the efficacy of the medicine, and affect the treatment.
Fourthly, do not drink green bean soup when your stomach is empty. Green bean is cold in nature, which is bad for your stomach if you drink in an empty stomach.
Experts point out that if you want to avoid the adverse effect of green bean, you do not have to make it as soup. You can choose another way——green bean porridge. First you can wash the rice and green bean clean, then put them together in the pot with water. Boil until it becomes the porridge.
