Although fried potato chips have been processed in high temperature and the content of solanin can be reduced to some degree, this kind of fried potato chips contains too much oily fat and salt which can not only cause obesity but also induce the gestational high blood pressure and increase the gestational risks. Therefore, fried potato chips are also not suitable for pregnant women to eat.
