    The first principle: Do not eat the foods which will make the body cold.
    If you want to have beautiful legs, it is very important to keep the blood circulation smooth, because if the fresh blood and nutrients can not reach the legs, it will cause the swelling of the legs. In addition, if the body is cold, it will slow down the blood circulation, making the delivery of blood and nutrients much slower.     The second principle: Do not take in too much salt.

Vitamin B1 can transform the excessive sugar in the body into energy; while vitamin B2 can promote the metabolism of fat. Once the intake of vitamin B group is lacked, it not only will make the legs fat, but also may easily cause the ache in the waist and back. As a result, you should pay attention to a balanced intake of vitamin B1 and B2.

    The fourth principle: Take in more foods rich in fibers.
    Constipation will lead to leg edema, while dietary fiber plays an important role to relieve the problem caused by constipation. It can slow down the speed of energy conversion, making it not easy to form into fat. What's more, when the dietary fiber absorbs some water, it will expand, so it can increase the amount of bowel movements, making the defecation smooth. The dietary fibers in seaweed or fruits can promote the decomposition of fatty acids. It is advised to eat more vegetables, seaweed, sweet potato, and beans, so as to take in sufficient fibers.
