    The first error: eating cod liver oil is the more the better.

    If the parents mistakenly provide fish oil instead of cod liver oil to their babies, it not only can not supplement the vitamins lacked in the body of their babies, but may even cause other diseases and symptoms.

    The third error: any kind of cod liver oil can be taken in the same way.
    According to the different content of vitamin AD in cod liver oil, we should also use different method when taking cod liver oil. For example, the medicinal type of cod liver oil is a kind of vitamin AD drops. As it has relatively high doze, so it is not suitable for long-term use; while the dietary type of cod liver oil contains appropriate dose and can supplement the daily needs of the baby, so it is suitable for long-term use.

    The fourth error: when taking outdoor activities, it is unnecessary to add cod liver oil.
    During the sunny summer, is it not necessary to add cod liver oil to babies? It is not the fact. If your babies has enough time for outdoor activities, or they can get more than two hours of sunshine every day, then the amount of cod liver oil supplementation can be relatively reduced.
