What’s more, women should drink water every two hours in the day.

Women can drink tea in a moderate amount.

    Some expectant mothers still like to drink fruit juice, they think fruit juice can supplement nutrients and improve the skin situation of the fetuses. Some expectant mothers even use fruit juice to take the place of boiled water. In fact, women should not drink too much fruit juice. Except water, fruit juice also contains fructose, glucose, cane sugar and vitamins. These kinds of sugar can be easily digested and absorbed by the human body to endanger the health. Pregnant women should control the intake amount of fruit juice within 300 to 500 milliliters. In addition, the antiseptics and flavouring essence contained in fruit juice are harmful to the health of pregnant women.
