  • Coarse food mainly means the grain food like millet, corn and brown rice. After four to six months of the birth, babies should begin to eat coarse food, which can be rather beneficial to the physical health. The benefits of the intake of coarse food will be explained as follows. 

    First, the environment inside the body can be effectively cleaned. Parents should provide various coarse foods and fresh vegetables and fruits which contain abundant dietary fibers. These dietary fibers play an important role in balancing the diet, improving the digestion and accelerating the defecation.
