  • Improper diet can cause the serious accumulation of toxins inside the human body. The toxins can not be removed from the human body just by reducing the intake of diet and taking exercises. Therefore, it is necessary for people to find out right ways to eliminate the toxins. Three skills are introduced to people for reference here. 

    The first skill is to supplement , vitamin C and vitamin E for the body. People who want to remove the toxins for themselves should increase the intake of the nutrients which are beneficial to the detoxification. Vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E are all these helpful nutrients. These nutrients are mainly contained in vegetables, fish and alga food. Vegetables contain tomato, caraway, and chili and so on. Alga food contains dried purple seaweed, sea lettuce and kelp. People should choose proper foods to supplement vitamins so as to strengthen the effect of detoxification.

    The second skill is to increase the intake of positive foods. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, foods can be divided into negative food and positive food. The former can increase the input of energy and the latter can increase the output of energy. The intake of positive food can increase the basal metabolic rate which can help the human body keep slim. The basal metabolic rate is not affected by the muscular activities, ambient temperature, food, and mental pressure and so on. The positive food mainly includes red meat, garlic, soy bean and nut like sesame.

    The third skill is to maintain a diverse diet. The diverse staple diet can effectively eliminate the toxins inside the human body. Rice contains cellulose and vitamin B complex; wheat contains abundant protein, fat, carbohydrate and cellulose; barley contains high-quality protein and amino acid, abundant dietary fibers, vitamin B complex and mineral substances like iron and magnesium; oat contains a large amount of protein; millet contains tryptophan and carotene; beans contain protein with high quality; broomcorn contains fatty acid and abundant iron; yam contains carotene and vitamin C.

    The detoxification is a rather difficult question for people to deal with. The skills mentioned above can effectively help people grasp basic steps of removing the toxins from their bodies. Therefore, it is beneficial for people to improve the absorption of vitamins including vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E, increase the intake of positive food and maintain a kind of diverse diet.
