Conclusion
Regioselective reactions of the nitrotrichlorobuta-1,3-dienes 3
and 4, some after initial transformations to other derivatives
with exo-6-N,N-dibenzylamino-3-azabicyclo-[3.1.0]hexane (1)
and exo-6-amino-3-(tert-butoxycarbonylaza)bicyclo-
[3.1.0]hexane (2), led to a series of potentially biologically
active compounds, which are due to be tested in various assays.
