Derivatives of 7-oxa-3,4,6-triazabenz[d,e]anthracene, 7-oxa-3,4,6,9-tetrazabenz[d,e]anthracene and 7-thia-3,4,6-triazabenz[d,e]anthracene are obtained from the appropriate substituted o-aminonitrile pyridine derivatives and N,N-dimethyldichloromethyleniminium chloride (phosgeniminium chloride).
