La preparation de nouvelles 6H-1,3-thiazines comportant en position 2 un groupement benzoyle ou ethoxycarbonyle est decrite. Ces composes reagissent avec les acides precurseurs de cetenes en presence de chlorure de mesyle et de triethylamine, ou avec les cetenes eux memes pour conduire aux cephemes correspondants dans des conditions douces avec de bons rendements. The synthesis of new 6H-1,3-thiazines bearing a benzoyl or ethoxycarbonyl group at the 2 position is described. These compounds react with acids precursor of ketenes in the presence of mesyl chloride and triethylamine or with ketenes themselves giving rise to cephems in good yields under mild conditions.
