Three flavonoid aglycones and three glycosides have been isolated from the aerial parts of Globularia elongata.The aglycones were identified as apigenin, luteolin and 6-hydroxyluteolin.Structural elucidation of the glycosides employing spectroscopic methods (UV, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FDMS) revealed 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-sophoroside and two new acylated derivatives, 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-6'''-caffeoylsophoroside and its p-coumaroyl analogue.Key Word Index - Globularia elongata; Globulariaceae; 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-sophoroside; 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-6'''-caffeoylsophoroside; 6-hydroxyluteolin 7-6'''-p-coumaroylsophoroside; 1H NMR; 13C NMR, FDMS.
