Beckmann rearrangement of substituted diaryl ketoximes usng FeCl3 impregnated montmorillonite K10

Montmorillonite K10 was impregnated with FeCl₃ in acetonitrile. The catalyst was found to catalyze the Beckmann rearrangement of substituted diaryl ketoximes significantly, giving selectively anti migration.
