achieved 2.4 s-1 at -0.87 V comparing to that of 1.6 s-1 for pristine
PCo on graphene. Using a derivative axial ligand of 4-biphenylyl
phenyl sulfide, the TOF of Co sites was further increased to 2.75
s-1 with higher redox activity of Co complexes. We demonstrated
that the benzene rings of Di-S groups bonding with PCo had
stable face-to-face stacking geometry with graphene, which thus
could serve as an efficient mediator to tune the electron transfer
chains between PCo and graphene. These results should provide
a new insight into understanding the electrocatalytic performance
