The title compound, [Pd(C₇H₇S)₂ (C₂₆H₂₄P₂)], is a mononuclear palladium(II) complex. The molecule possesses a crystallographic twofold axis and the Pd atom is four-coordinated by two phosphine P atoms and two S atoms from PhCH₂S^- ligands, and has a distorted square-planar geometry. The Pd - S and Pd - P distances are 2.360 (2) and 2.277 (2) angstrom, respectively.
