The temperature dependence of the self-reaction of HO2, HO2+HO2->H2O2+O2 (k1) (1), was investigated by detecting HO2 with laser magnetic resonance in a low-pressure flow tube coated with halocarbon wax.Two independent chemical reactions (CH2OH+O2 and F+H2O2) were used to produce HO2 and two calibration procedures were used to determine the concentration of HO2.With 95percent confidence limits, k1(T)=(2.0+/-0.6)*10-13exp<(595+/-120)/T> cm3 molecule-1 s-1 for the pressure-independent bimolecular channel of reaction 1 from 253 to 390 K, where -d
