    The effect of test compounds on platelet aggregation was assessed and the results are summarized in Table 1. As indicated in Table 1, the lead compound YD-3 demonstrated selective and potent inhibitory activity against GYP-GKF-induced platelet aggregation with an IC50 value of 0.13 μM.
