Add time:08/21/2019 Source:sciencedirect.com
Water molecules present as an interstitial impurity in crystals of Pb2Fe(CN)6 · 2H2O in excess of bonded water is found to activate electronic conduction with an activation energy of 0.32 eV. A quantitative explanation is given to show why lead and several other heavy metal ferrocyanides have approximately the same thermal activation energies.
