Secondly, drinking too much coffee can lead to heart disease. This is because coffee contains a high content of caffeine, which can change the function of heart and increase the cholesterol in the blood vessels. Last but not the least, drinking too much coffee can also reduce the efficiency of work.Fourth, take fruit as the staple foods.
In order to lose weight, nowadays many women begin to eat fruit as the staple foods. In fact, this is very harmful to the body. It will make the body lack of protein and other nutrients, which will lead to nutritional imbalance, or even cause disease.Fifth, eat foods too fast.
Eating foods too fast will increase the burden of the stomach and intestines, leading to obesity. When people eat too fast, the food is not adequately chewed.
