    First of all, pay attention to the supplementation of iron. People who are likely to suffer from hair loss always lack of iron in their body. Foods containing plenty of iron include soybeans, black beans, egg, octopus, shrimp, cooked peanuts, spinach, carp, banana, carrot, potato and so on.

    Secondly, supply more plant protein to your body. If your hair appears dry and yellow, you can eat more soybeans, black sesame, corn and other foods.

    Thirdly, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits containing alkaline substances. The acidic toxins in the blood are one of the most important factors which cause hair loss and yellow hair. This is caused by physical and mental fatigue, long-term excessive intake of pure sugary and fatty foods, which produce these acid toxins during the metabolic process. The acidic substances contained in foods, such as liver, meat, onion, etc, are likely to produce excessive acidic toxins in the blood, so it is better not eat too much of these foods.

    Fourthly, supplement more iodine to the body. The gloss of the hair is closely related with the function of the thyroid gland, while iodine supplementation can enhance the secretion of thyroid function, which is conducive to the fitness of hair. You can eat more foods rich in iodine, such as kelp, seaweed, oysters and so on.

    Fifthly, pay attention to the supplementation of vitamin E. Vitamin E can resist against the aging of the hair, promote cell division and the growth of the hair. Foods that contain a large number of vitamin E include fresh lettuce, cabbage, black sesame seeds, and so on.

    Last but not the least, it is necessary to take in certain amount of coarse food grains every day, with not less than 300 grams for every healthy adult man per day. In addition, it is also very beneficial to properly take in some foods which can nourish the kidney, enrich the blood, and promote hair growth. These foods include sesame, walnut, dried longan meat, jujube, and so on. They are very beneficial to the prevention of hair loss.
