  • Arthritis is a common chronic disease. According to statistics, half of Chinese people over 50 years old are suffering from arthritis. The total number of arthritis patients is estimated to have reached about 100 million, and this number is keeping growing.     1. Soybean products

    5. Salmon

What's more, salmon also contains a lot of calcium, vitamin D and folic acid. In addition to the treatment of arthritis, it also can protect the cardiovascular system, reduce the formation of thrombosis, repair damaged arteries, and bring down the blood pressure.

    6. Cheese
