    Thirdly, Chinese wolfberry

    Fourthly, prune
    Prune contains a lot of neo-chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid. These two kinds of chemical substances can resist against the harms of free radicals in the body, while these free radicals can damage the structure of cells, thus resulting in cancer. As a result, prune plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of cancer.

    Last but not the least, Chinese cabbage
    Chinese cabbage is low in calories but contains a large number of nutrients, such as protein, dietary fiber, beta-carotene, riboflavin, and so on. Chinese cabbage contains a lot of sulforaphane, which can increase the content of enzymes in the body. Enzyme can prevent the production of free radicals which may damage the cells. At the same time, it is also effective in the prevention and treatment of cancer. Study has found out that, compared with any other plant chemicals, sulforaphane has the best effect in promoting the production of enzymes in the body.
