Various kinds of foods like green vegetables and animal liver contain abundant folic acid and selenium. Therefore, parents can often eat such foods in daily life to supplement essential nutrients.

    Fifth, parents can often eat apples and drink tea to prevent the heart disease in everyday life. The intake of apples and tea can decrease the risks of getting the heart disease for the human body. Abundant natural anti-oxidants are contained in apples and tea. According to the research, four cups of tea a day can decrease the disease rate by 45%, and an apple a day can decrease the rate by 50%.
