Beef is a good source of protein, zinc, iron, folic acid and vitamin B complex. To decrease the intake of red meat does not mean that you must avoid eating red meat. It means that you must eat red meat moderately. If you eat excessive red meat and absorb excessive protein, you will be troubled by the excessive cholesterol left in your body which can block blood vessels. You can eat 500 grams of beef each week.

    Fifth, you can frequently eat fish to protect your heart. You can often eat fish to absorb omega-3 fatty acid which plays an important role in decreasing the risks of getting heart disease, diabetes and cancer for your body. It is beneficial for you to absorb 500 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acid every day. If you do not like to eat fish, you can also choose seaweed.
