    Dinner adjustment

What's more, go outside and take a fresh breath in the morning, it will make your brain more flexible and efficient. And you can take some simple and easy exercise to relax your muscle and release your pressure. About the breakfast, you can take some food with plenty of protein, such as soybean milk, sardine, so as to provide enough nutrition to your brain.
