  • There are many eating habits which are very common in our daily life, but at the same time, they are very harmful to our health. Following are some typical examples of these bad habits.

    First, adding soybean milk in the eggs
    The mucous protein in eggs will combine with the trypsin in soybean milk, which will make the food lose its original nutritional value.

    Second, boiling eggs with tea leaves
    In addition to alkaloids, tea leaves also contain a lot of acid materials. These acid materials will combine with the iron in eggs, which will not only cause certain stimulus on the stomach, but also is not conducive to digestion and absorption.

    Third, cooking potatoes with beef

And cottonseed oil contains the toxic substance called as gossypol, which may easily cause chronic poisoning to people. What's more, the erucic acid contained in rapeseed oil is very detrimental for the health of the patients who suffer from hypertension and heart disease. As a result, the experts suggest that people should change the habit of long-term consumption of vegetable oil. When they cook the food, they can try to appropriately increase the use of animal fats, so as to reduce the harms brought by vegetable oil.
