  • Through long-term clinical researches, both nutritionists from home and abroad found out that, apart from various factors in their own body, the occurrence of breast cancer in women is also highly related with their diets. Some kinds of food can significantly reduce the incidence of this disease.

    First, beans
    After relevant studies, experts found that, with the increasing of the intake of beans in human body, the incidence of breast cancer in women is decreased obviously. This is mainly because that beans contain a lot of plant hormone, which is a compound similar to human female hormone. The plant hormone can be changed into a new substance by the carotene in the intestinal tract. This new substance can inhibit the carcinogenesis effect of the carcinogen on the breast.

    Second, jujube
    Jujube can inhibit the formation of breast cancer cells. This is because that jujube contains plenty (adenosine monophosphate) and vitamins, all of which can enhance the immune function of the body.

    Third, garlic
    Garlic can not only prevent breast cancer, but can even cure this kind of disease. This is because garlic contains a large content of a certain tasteless substance, which has an obvious effect to inhibit and kill the cancer cells. What's more, it can also activate and enhance the immune system, and achieve the purpose of killing the cancer cells by promoting the growth of normal cells.

    Fourth, wheat bran
    Research shows that wheat bran has the effect of lowering the content of certain factors in the blood which can induce breast cancer, so it is very beneficial for the prevention of this disease. Experts have found that, if people eat some food made from wheat bran every day, it can significantly reduce the morbidity of the disease within six months.

    Fifth, vegetables
    Vegetables such as cauliflower, fennel, spinach, winter melon, Chinese cabbage, carrot and tomato can greatly reduce the incidence of breast cancer in the women who are before the menopausal period. This is mainly because that these vegetables contain a large number of carotene, which plays an important role in inhibiting and killing the cancer cells.

    Sixth, plant oil
    As the peanut oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil and soybean oil contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, which have the effect of protecting the premenopausal women against breast cancer, so experts usually recommend that women should pay attention to take in more plant oil in daily diets.
