    First, eating more fish can invigorate brain.
    This is because that we all believe that the fish contain high level of phosphorus. However, experts point out, phosphorus has nothing to do with the memory at all. They suggest that people can eat more carbohydrates, wheat bran and honey to improve the memory.

    Second, fruits should be eaten with the peel.
    Experts strongly suggest that people should remove the peel when eating fruits, because there are always some fertilizers and pesticides remained on the peel of the fruits, which is very harmful to human health. In addition, most of the vitamins are stored in the flesh of the fruits.

    Third, vegetarian diet is healthier.
    It is widely believed that eating vegetables is much more beneficial to human health. However, it is not recommended to reject any meat, because meat contains a lot of nutrients which do not exist in other foods.

    Fourth, it is best to eat only fruits at breakfast.
    Although fruits can be immediately absorbed by the body, however, the enzymes produced by the fruits will make people feel much hungrier and want to eat more.

    Fifth, citric acid can be used for disinfection.
    It is said that soaking the seafood in citric acid can kill the bacteria. In fact, any acid, including citric acid, does not have any disinfection function.

    Sixth, eating eggs is harmful to liver.
    Literature always mentioned that eating eggs will cause harm on the liver, because egg contains a lot of cholesterol.     Now it has been made clear that olive oil is much better than sunflower oil. So it is best to use olive oil to fry foods, because it produces much less toxic substances than the sunflower oil.

    Eighth, drinking wine can help digestion.
    Some people think that wine can improve the digestion of the food, which is totally wrong. In fact, alcoholic beverages will not only damage the stomach, but also will make the blood absorb much more toxins.
