    The fourth reason is that many women remove the makeup uncleanly. Some women use facial cleansers to remove the makeup from the face. In fact, it is absolutely not enough. The invisible dirt can block the pores and affect the normal breath of the skin. What’s more, women should choose suitable cosmetics according to the concrete situations of the skin.

    Smoking and drinking can also accelerate the skin aging. The nicotine contained in cigarettes can seriously shrink the blood vessels in the skin. That’s the reason why the appearance of wrinkles is earlier among women who always smoke in everyday life. At the same time, drinking can decrease the secretion of oily fat in the skin to cause dehydration, which can indirectly affect the normal functions of the skin.

    These bad habits can seriously affect the health condition of the skin. In order to defer the aging, women should get rid of these habits as far as possible.
