Using the phase transfer catalysis technique, a series of β-fluorinated glycidyl ethers has been prepared in good yields by action of epichlorohydrin on 2 - monofluorinated alcohols and 1 -F-alkyl 2 - fluoroethanols.All these new compounds have been characterized by ¹H and ¹⁹F nmr and mass spectrometry.
