showed strong anti-inflammatory activities in vivo. They are prom-
ising new sEH inhibitors and anti-inflammatory agents. It is well
known that the major sEH inhibitors are urea, amide, aminohetero-
cycles and carbamate derivatives. Hence, our investigation pro-
vided a novel class of sEH inhibitors and anti-inflammatory
agents which may lead to the discovery of potential candidates
for clinical use.
