Trimeric palladium acetate reacts with 2,6-disubstituted pyrylium salts to give trinuclear bis-acyl-allylpalladium acetates.The structure of bis(1,3-dipyvaloyl-?-allyl)trispalladium(II) μ-tetraacetate is determined by an X-ray study.
