Eine Lösung von 47.65 g (250 mmol) p-Toluolsulfon-
säurechlorid und 24 ml (300 mmol) 2-Methoxyethanol

400 mmol) Triethylamin versetzt und nachfolgend 2 h bei

R. T. gerührt. Nach Zugabe einer Mischung von 160 g Eis
und 58 ml Salzsäure (conc.) wird die organische Phase
abgetrennt, mehrfach mit Wasser gewaschen und über
Na2S04 (wfr.) getrocknet. Ausbeute nach Entfernen des
Lösungsmittels i. Vak.: 33 g (57%), hellbraunes Öl.
