Synthesis and Conformational Studies on some Nitro- and Aminophthalideisoquinoline Derivatives

Nitro- and Aminophthalideisoquinolines were synthesized with a new efficient method.The molecular conformation of these derivatives was studied by 1H NMR methods.On the basis of these studies tritoqualine was to be found the erythro racemate.
