  In this sense, we studied the elimination of water and pyrrolidine (from I and III respectively) by DFT calculations,16 using as a model reaction the formation of the N-methyl-substituted nitrone derived from benzaldehyde in MeOH (CAS 67-56-1) as solvent (Figure 1).
