    Compound 3 was tested for its ability to inhibit IL-2 production in vivo in mice following intravenous injection of anti-CD3 antibody (Fig. 2). A 50% inhibition of serum IL-2 production was observed at a dose of 50 mg/kg, sc, irrespective of the amount of the antibody used.
