Vitamin B drugs

Vitamin B is the general term for certain vitamins. They often come from the same food source, such as yeast. Vitamin B was once thought like vitamin C as an organic compound which has a single structure. However later studies have shown that Vitamin B is actually a compound with different structures. So the members of Vitamin B have an independent name, such as Vitamin B1, while Vitamin becomes a generic term. Sometimes it is also referred to B group vitamins, B complex vitamin, or vitamin B complex group. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. They are synergistic to regulate metabolism, maintain healthy state of skin and muscle, facilitate the function of the immune system and the nervous system, and promote cell growth and division (including the promotion of the production of red blood cells and the precaution of anemia).
