  • Soybean milk is a very nutritious and healthy drink for human body. However, there also some notices you should pay attention to when you drink it. Otherwise, it may bring some serious consequences on your body.

    Firstly, do not drink uncooked soybean milk.
    Uncooked soybean milk is harmful to human body. This is because it contains two kinds of toxic substances, which would lead to the disorder of protein metabolism and cause stimulation on the gastrointestinal tract, thus leading to the symptom of poisoning. The way to prevent the risk of poisoning is to boil the milk under the high temperature of 100 Celsius degrees.

    Secondly, do not put brown sugar in soybean milk.
    Adding some brown sugar in soy milk can make it taste sweet and fragrant. However, brown sugar contains some organic acids, which will combine with the proteins in the milk, and produce some variable sediments, which will greatly destroy the nutrients contained in the soy milk.

    Thirdly, do not add eggs in soybean milk.
    Many people like to put eggs in the soy milk, thinking it is more nutritious. However, such a habit is unscientific. This is because the proteins contained in the egg will easily combine with the trypsin in the milk, and produce a kind of substance which can not be absorbed by the body. In such a case, it will greatly reduce the absorption of nutrients by the body.

    Fourthly, do not put soybean milk in vacuum bottle.
    Soybean milk contains certain substance, which can get rid of the incrustation in the bottle. Under the condition of appropriate temperature, taking the food as the nutrients, the bacteria in the bottle will reproduce in a large number. After 3 to 4 hours, it can make the milk deteriorated.

    Fifthly, do not drink soybean milk with an empty stomach.
    If you drink soy milk with an empty stomach, most of the proteins will change into heat and will be consumed in the body, which can not fully play a tonic effect. You can eat some starchy foods when drinking the milk, such as bread, cakes, steamed bread and so on. As a result, under the action of starch, the proteins can fully react with the gastric juice and make the nutrients fully absorbed by the body.

    If you suffer from headache, respiratory obstruction and other symptoms after drinking soy milk, you should immediately seek medical treatment. Otherwise, it may threaten your life.
