    First, fruits and seafood--lead to indigestion

    Fourth, chocolate and milk--easily lead to diarrhea
    Milk is rich in protein and calcium, while chocolate contains oxalic acid. If you eat these two kinds of food together, the calcium in milk and oxalic acid in chocolate will form into calcium oxalate, which is insoluble in water.     Fifth, radish and orange--induce goiter
    Radish will produce an anti-thyroid substance--thiocyanate.
