    1. Berries

    4. Vegetables

They contain a variety of nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, β-carotene, vitamin C, folic acid, iron, magnesium, carotenoids, phytochemicals, antioxidants, and so on.     5. Whole grains
    Whole grains include whole wheat, barley, rye, millet, brown rice, and so on. These whole grains contain various kinds of nutrients, including folic acid, selenium and vitamin B, all of which are beneficial to the health of the heart. At the same time, these nutrients can also control your weight and reduce the risk of diabetes. In addition, whole grains contain plenty of dietary fiber, which can give you a sense of satiety, so that you will not feel hungry between meals. What's more, the high content of dietary fibers can also promote the digestion of food.
