- Five Principles Followed by Nutritionists

The nutritionists can always keep themselves healthy and vigorous, as they can maintain the balanced and healthy diet in everyday life. When they have dinner in daily life, they usually follow five principles.
First, food can make people happy. The experts think that people should learn to appreciate the daily food which they eat. Each kind of food has the nutrients which can improve the physical health of the human body. For example, fish contains abundant protein. When eating fish, people can imagine that they are swimming in the sea.
Second, there is no need for people to choose the food containing low fat painstakingly. If a kind of food contains low fat, it can just mean that the food is produced through many production procedures. At the same time, this kind of food is not beneficial to the formation of right dietary habits. The key for people to keep healthy is to control the intake amount of food.
Third, people can drink grape wine moderately. Many nutritional experts like to drink grape wine during the dinner. They think that grape wine can make the dinner perfect. According to the research, grape wine contains a number of anti-oxidants. It can not only enhance the interest of dinner, but also protect the heart and blood vessels for people.
Fourth, people should frequently eat fish. According to the experts, fish is the best choice for eat in the restaurant. The nutritional value of fish is much higher than that of beef or mutton. For example, the content of vitamin D contained in fish is very high. Although the nutritional value of fish is rather high, few people like to cook fish at home because of the complex procedures. Therefore, when people eat outside, they should seize the chance to choose fish.
Fifth, people should not be fear of carbohydrate. Many people think that carbohydrate is the prime criminal of causing obesity. However, the nutritionists do not agree on the view. According to the experts, the problem of fried chips is caused by the cooking process, not caused by the potatoes themselves. It is healthy for people to choose the special carbohydrate which has to be digested slowly. Some people want to lose weight by eating the food containing high protein and low carbohydrate. However, the intake of excessive protein can increase the burdens of kidney to endanger the physical health of the human body.
