Adequate sleep and balanced nutrients are two essential tools to improve children’s height.

The fastigium of the growth hormones’ secretion is the period between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. at night. Therefore, parents should ask their children to go to bed before 10 p.m. Children should maintain nine hours’ high-quality sleeping time. A high-quality sleep means that the quality of sleep should be good and the muscles of the body should be completely relaxed. The relaxation of muscles can be beneficial to the stretching of joints and bones. Thus, the height of the body can be improved gradually.

    2.balanced nutrients

Fish, eggs and meat mainly contain high-quality protein, fat, mineral substances, vitamin A and vitamin B complex. 150 to 200 grams of fish, eggs and meat should be provided for young children.
