    First, mushroom

    Second, tomato

The folic acid in spinach is very important to pregnant women. Enough folic acid during pregnancy can not only avoid the birth of babies with developmental defects, but also can reduce the possibility of diseases such as leukemia and congenital heart disease of the newly born babies.

    Fourth, chocolate
    Chocolate has the sedation effect. What's more, its taste and flavor can stimulate the brain and make people feel happy. In addition, chocolate can protect our teeth, slowing down the formation of dental caries.

    However, there are a lot of consumers who can't resist the good taste of chocolate. At the same time, they are worried that eating chocolate will gain fat. Experts think that obesity is caused by various factors. On the one hand, it may be caused by genetic defect; on the other hand, it may be caused by excessive food and inadequate exercises. Statistic shows that more than 95% of the obesity is caused by overeating and lack of exercises.

    Experts suggest that people can appropriately eat some chocolate 15 minutes before exercises. It can provide the body with enough energy during the exercises and help the recovery of the body after the exercises. If you want to enjoy the good taste of food while not to gain weight, you should do more exercises.
