  • When women are pregnant, they are always puzzled by many things. For example, in order to accelerate the intelligent development of the babies, they may eat lots of nut every day, which can disturb their normal appetite. Some pregnant women refuse to eat staple food, as they are afraid of getting gestational high blood pressure. Because of busy jobs, some pregnant women even can not have dinner regularly and nutritionally, which can finally cause gestational anemia. In order to keep healthy, it is necessary for pregnant women to deal with anemia in time. There are three skills for pregnant women to treat anemia. 

    The first skill is to eat the foods which contain abundant iron. Animal livers like pork liver and chicken liver usually contain a large number of minerals. It is beneficial for pregnant women to eat animal livers two times a week. Other foods like egg yolk, lean meat, tomato and red date also contain a large amount of iron. These foods are all so common that it is convenient for women to eat frequently.

    The second skill is to eat the foods which contain high protein frequently at the middle and late stages of pregnancy. The fetuses always grow rapidly at the middle and late stages of pregnancy. Pregnant women should eat the foods containing high protein at the middle and late stages of pregnancy. These foods mainly include milk, fish, lean meat and beans. They all play an important role in treating anemia. However, pregnant women should pay attention to the reasonable collocation of meat diet and vegetarian diet so as to avoid a kind of oily diet.

    The third skill is to eat food diversely. Pregnant women should eat vegetables and fruits which contain abundant , such as milk and carrot. Vitamin A can accelerate the absorption of iron for the human body. Therefore, it is important for women to supplement enough vitamin A in time. If women are always busy with jobs, they can eat some fruits, pot-stewed eggs and currants when they are free. In addition, it is also necessary for women to drink chicken broth or rib soup at the weekend.

    In order to keep themselves healthy and ensure the health condition of the fetuses, pregnant women should make use of three skills mentioned above to treat anemia in time. They should maintain a kind of healthy and balanced diet in everyday life.
