  • In order to keep healthy, it is important for people to have three meals in a reasonable and right way. However, because of high pressure of work, it is difficult for people to have nutritional breakfast and lunch. Therefore, it is especially necessary for people to eat the evening meal nutritionally and reasonably. Three skills should be remembered when people have evening meal. 

    The first skill is that people should not eat too much in the evening. The excessive intake of food in the evening can increase the gastric and intestinal burden. The information of the burden can be transmitted to the human brain to cause insomnia, dreaminess and even neurasthenia. In addition, the excessive intake of food can stimulate the secretion of insulin and increase the burden of the cells, which can cause the diabetes. At the same time, a part of protein can not be absorbed by the human body if people eat too much at night. Under the action of the intestinal bacteria, toxic substances can be produced to endanger the human health and even induce the colon cancer.

    The second skill is that people should not too many sweet foods in the evening. Sugar can be decomposed into fruit sugar and glucose after it is digested by the human body. Fruit sugar and glucose can be further transformed into energy and fat after they are absorbed. After dinner, people usually take few exercises. It is known to all that exercises can restrain the transformation of sugar into fat. Therefore, the excessive intake of sweet foods can accumulate the fat inside the human body to cause obesity.

    The third skill is that people should not have dinner too late. It is easy for people to get urethral calculus if people eat the evening meal too late. Because of work, many people have to have dinner very late. Thus, people usually go to bed before the foods can be digested completely. When people are sleeping, the flowing speed of the blood can be slowed down to decrease the amount of urination. However, the extra calcium salt must be removed from the human body by urination after the moderate calcium salt is absorbed by the human body. According to the research, the high time of the human urination is at about 4 to 5 hours after dinner. If the meal is eaten too late, the urination time can be put off to the midnight. People usually sleep well at midnight and refuse to urinate. The result is that both calcium salt with high density and urine can be accumulated in the urethra to be integrated with uric acid and calcium oxalate can be produced. When the density of calcium oxalate is increased, calculus can be formed. Therefore, it is essential for people to have dinner as early as possible.
