However, there are some notices when eating fruits. If you do not pay attention to them, it may cause some serious consequences.

    First, pay attention to the hygiene when eating fruits.
    If you eat the fruits that have been rotten or have not been cleaned or sterilized thoroughly, it tends to cause dysentery, typhoid, acute gastroenteritis and other gastrointestinal diseases.

    Second, do not use alcohol for the sterilization of fruits.

    Third, remember to remove the peel when eating raw fruits.
    Some people think that, as the peel of fruits contains much more vitamins than the fruit pulp, so it is very beneficial to eat the peel of fruits. However, they hardly realize that, people often use pesticides to kill the pests and treat the diseases occurred on fruits. So a lot of pesticides will saturate and remain on the peel of fruits. As a result, the pesticide residues on the peel are much higher than that in the pulp.

    Fourth, do not use kitchen knife to cut fruits.
    Because the kitchen knife is always used to cut meat, fish, and vegetables, so a lot of parasites or parasite eggs will remain on the knife, which will be further transferred to the fruits, making people infected with parasitic disease. In addition, the rust on the kitchen knife and the tannin contained in apple will have a chemical reaction, which will change the color, flavor and taste of the apple.

    Fifth, avoid eating fruits immediately after having meals.
