If these nutrients are contained in the human body adequately, the human body can repair itself greatly. Fruits and vegetables can provide these nutrients for the human body. It is better for people to choose green foods. If women can not buy fresh vegetables and fruits, it is better for them to buy quick-frozen vegetables than canned products.
The second dietary skill is to eat the foods containing anti-oxidants. The anti-oxidants can prevent the human body from being affected by free radicals. Free radicals can seriously endanger the human health. Various kinds of foods in our daily life and ultraviolet rays in the sunlight can cause free radicals. The diseases like cancer and premature aging can be caused. Free radicals can destroy the healthy cells inside the human body to accelerate the aging and destroy the deoxyribonucleic acid inside the cells so as to cause pathological changes. However, many foods we eat contain anti-oxidants to prevent the formation of free radicals. , vitamin C, vitamin E and trace elements like selenium and zinc belong to anti-oxidants. Vitamin A is mainly contained in oranges, pumpkins, carrots and so on; vitamin C is contained in fruits, green vegetables like cauliflower, potatoes and strawberries; vitamin E is contained in nuts, seeds, fish oil and so on; selenium is abundantly contained in tunny and cabbage and zinc is contained in pumpkins, fish and almonds.
In short, women should maintain the adequate intake of fruits, vegetables and the foods which contain anti-oxidants. The adequate intake of these foods can supplement essential nutrients for women and help women keep young and healthy.
