- Look Out for What You Drink in the Morning!

Every day we drink or other drinks, but do you really know something about what we drink. Water can be sorted into several types: salt water, long-placing boiled water, beverages, and tap water. Do you choose the right water to drink? Some people think it is healthy to drink salt water and thus, they drink it every morning. But it is wrong.
1. Long- placing boiled water: when boiled water is long placed, nitrogenous organics in it can be decomposed into nitrite. What’s more, it can be infected by bacteria which further accelerate the nitrogenous organics decomposed into nitrite. Nitrite binds with hemoglobin, thus influencing the carrying of oxygen.
Thus, people need to throw away the water in thermos bottles for a long time as ingredients in it have chemical reaction. People should drink water that is boiled for once, and less than 24 hours. Besides, purified water and mineral water can not be placed for a long time.
2. Salt water: in many people’s eyes, drinking salt water is healthy and thus, most of them drink it in the morning. But it is a wrong concept. Drinking salt water is healthy when people sweat a lot and need to water supply. But drinking it in the morning, it is harmful to bodies.According to physiological studies, people don't drink water during sleep but at that time, breathing, sweating and urine secreting is in progress. Thus when people get up in the morning, their blood concentrates. At that time, drinking water can dilute blood and ease hypertonic dehydration. However, drinking salt water can aggravate hypertonic dehydration, making people thirstier. What's more, salt water can increase the blood pressure.
3. Beverages: don't drink juice, cola, sodas, coffee and milk when you wake up. Cola and sodas contain citric acid which accelerates the discharge of calcium. As time passes, people may be in short of calcium. And those beverages increase urine which causes bodies lack water. Besides, juice, milk and coffee force the stomach and intestine work under the condition of lacking water.
4. Tap water: somebody gets used to opening the tap and drink the water directly when he gets up. It is so wrong. What he drinks is static water that stays in the pipe for a whole night. The water can have chemical interaction with the metal tube and tap. Besides, remnants of microbes can reproduce. And thus, such water is harmful to human bodies and people should stop drinking it immediately.
